Application Requirements:

Minimum credit score of 600 or better

Salary > 3 times the rent amount

No felonies / No past evictions

Pet policy = $500 non-refundable pet deposit for 1 dog, $700 for 2 dogs. $300 for one cat, $400 for 2 cats.
$50 per dog/ $30 per cat monthly pet rent (not all addresses qualify)

$45 Application Fee per adult over 18 years old
